Wednesday Lunch Class

Today we started with takedown drills:

After our warm up we split into Gi and NoGi sections. The Gi section focused on a half-guard sweep.

- The bottom man grabs Jacare's knee with his right hand and pushes with his left.

- A better view of the grips.

- The legs are moved in a sweeping pendulum motion bringing Jacare over.
