Jacare and Cobrinha are in California for the Pan-Ams (Go Alliance!). As a result we had a guest instructor today, Mr. Ed Kennedy. Ed led us through his favorite "old-guy" warm ups. Then we covered open guard theory, and De La Riva sweeps.
