Friday Lunch NoGi
Today we has a smaller turnout due to the Pans and spring break for the local schools. Luckily Matt Daniel was nice enough to teach class. For warmups we did some pummeling drills; said drills where performed to 80'S hits. As I am sure you know life deserves a soundtrack of badass 80's hits. Here is Reo Speedwagon's "Keep On Lovin You".
