Picking up the intensity

With a fresh wave of guests arriving this morning training intensity has definitely increased. Training today focused on retaining the mount and finishing from this dominant position.

After a technical beginning, Jacare upped the intensity with high speed group training, constantly throwing fresh opponents at the "lucky" guy in the middle. This blitzkrieg style never lets you breath and pushes the pace through the exercise.

A little friendly rivalry is good for training. Ian and Gabriel have been fighting head to head this whole camp and are looking to tear through the competition in California!

Mundial Camp In Full Swing

With the Mundials coming up in a little over a week Jacare open our doors to anyone looking to compete or just get in some advanced training.

Our classes are being led by 7th degree black belt Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti, 5x World Champion Lucas Lepri and the very experienced black belt competitor Gabriel Goulart, who has won pretty much every major title in the purple and brown belt.

Everyday we have been focusing our training on a specific theme that we are expecting to encounter at the Mundials. At this point the hard work has been done and our guys are looking to fine tune their competition strategy.

Our success in in competition over the years has proven that with detailed instruction and specific training, our guys will get the results that they deserve after all their hard work and dedication.
